01. APPROVAL AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use are valid for all users ("User") who access the website www.asayvad.com.tr ("Site") operated by ASAY VAD Smart Home and Multimedia Automation Technologies ("Company") and benefit from the contents on our site. From the moment you log in to the site, access the contents, or benefit from the services offered on our site (getting information, filling out communication forms, etc.), you are deemed to have accepted these terms without any limitation.

ASAY VAD does not guarantee that the Site will remain online uninterrupted or error-free. 08. FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of "Force Majeure" such as natural disasters, war, strike, technical infrastructure failures, power outages, and cyber attacks that develop outside our control and prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations, the Company cannot be held responsible for not fulfilling the contract obligations.

ASAY VAD reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The updated text comes into force from the moment it is published on the Site. Users are obligated to review the current conditions each time they visit the Site.

10. AUTHORISED COURT AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICES

The laws of the Republic of Turkey will be applied in disputes that may arise from these Terms of Use. Izmir (Bornova) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorised in the resolution of disputes.
